This article talks about how microsoft is sending their games into the cloud at that point anyone who has a 4g and 5g network and uses microsoft azure can try out the beta and see how it works. It all goes through the cloud and then is sent to your phone to tablet that is connected to an xbox controller via bluetooth. This is planned for release in 2019 they are hoping.

Google is expected to enter the gaming business next month with their announcement of a game streaming service, kind of like netflix, that will be announced at GDC 2019.
